1. The service
CarGriddle.com monitors publicly accessible vehicle marketplaces and surfaces listings matching criteria you configure. It is an information service. We do not broker, sell, inspect, appraise, or take possession of any vehicle.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, or systematically extract data from the Service;
- use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Listing information
Listings originate from third-party marketplaces. We do not verify their accuracy, availability, condition, title status, or pricing, and listings may be stale, withdrawn, or misdescribed by their sellers. Verify every vehicle independently before acting. Any transaction you enter into is solely between you and the seller.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Coverage depends on third-party sites that may change or restrict access without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular listing will be detected, or detected within any timeframe.
6. Free plan
The free plan covers 1 city and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Paid plans, when offered, will be governed by the terms presented at purchase.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarGriddle.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or missed purchasing opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
